I'm definitely enjoying this class so far, as it's so unlike other "normal" gym classes. Like Sarah said, I really did not expect so much team building/bonding activities, but I like it!
This class is different from what I expected it to be. It's a lot more interactive then I originally thought. I think it's going to give everyone a chance to get to know each other and themselves a little better. I'm looking forward to the new things I will get to experience this year. -Rachel Hugg
